I’m a licensed Homeopath based in South Wales and a member of the Society of Homeopaths.

When I became a mum I felt the need to look for more gentle and natural approaches to dealing with illnesses. I was searching for natural therapies that worked with my child’s already developing immune system and not “instead” of it. I myself was raised with a holistic view of health and illness in that the whole person should always be taken into consideration as opposed to just the single malaise. That if a person suffers, for example, from migraines, IBS and sleeping problems all these symptoms should be seen as the way in which the Whole is trying to communicate and that the root of the problem often lies not only with the physiological issue but with an overall state of imbalance and that is what a health practitioner should focus on.

I’m Holly, a licensed homeopath practising in South Wales and offering online consultations. I trained at the Welsh School of Homeopathy in Carmarthen and I am a member of the Society of Homeopaths.

Homeopathy is a gentle, safe and effective system of medicine developed over 200 years ago. It views you as a whole person, helping you engage with your own healing capacity, to regain and maintain a state of health.

I have a particular interest in women’s health and working with children, but I work with a variety of patients.

I grew up with homeopathic remedies and when I had my own children I realised I wanted to raise them in as natural a way as possible. I love seeing patient’s symptoms improve with homeopathy.

Homeopathy has demonstrated to me, that such an approach to health and illness exists and can be very effective. Homeopathy seeks to work with the person to find their optimal state of health and well-being.

I am a qualified Level 5 sports and remedial massage therapist (soft tissue therapist), graduating from the Oxford School of Massage and have been practicing since 2008. Your cause may vary from work/life stresses, from injury, or from activities you take part in weekly or daily.

For lifestyle problems my primary role is to restore pain-free functionality. For sporting musculoskeletal problems my primary role is to restore optimal pain-free sporting performance.

Whatever the cause, treatments are tailored to suit your needs using a variety of advanced massage techniques – from deep tissue massage to myofascial release – so that together we can achieve your treatment goal.
