Our staff are absolutely passionate about living a vibrant and joyful life and feel that eating good quality wholefoods plays a large part in achieving that. We stock a wide range of products for customers with allergies, intolerances and other dietary requirements and for those that are coeliac, diabetic, gluten intolerant, vegetarians and vegans.
We hold all major brands in supplements, skin and body care and sports nutrition. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to impart their wisdom and advice to any queries and do this in a strictly confidential environment. Anything we don’t have in stock we will do our best to get for you!
We also offer consultations over the telephone and can deliver free of charge in the Llantwit Major and Cowbridge area. There is a 100% money back guarantee should you not be happy with any product.
